With the support of the grant, Heart and Soul Clinic was able to enhance the patient experience and modernize its data management practices, ultimately improving the quality of care provided to uninsured and underinsured individuals in Central Indiana. The project included the acquisition of new computers, working with IT consultants to sync new softwares and programs, and auditing and improving patient experience processes based on patient feedback. The purchase of new laptops enabled real-time access to resources, streamlined data management, and paved the way for potential future improvements in clinical record-keeping.
