“I’m honored and extremely grateful to have been selected for the Lilly Scholars Network Lead Forward Community Grant in partnership with Blue River Community Foundation. We are very excited to be able to promote education, the BRCF Scholar Alumni Alliance, and art through this grant for traffic box art. The traffic box art concept inspires creativity in areas where it is severely lacking. By channeling this creativity, we believe it showcases the care and dedication that is put into small details in Shelby County. The opportunities are endless with various forms, styles, and themes of art. Additionally, this project promotes art within the community and gives opportunities to showcase local artists.”
